Our Founder and Virtual Fairy Godmother

Our company was started to fill a void in today's real estate industry. For many years, our founder Michelle Spalding, worked as a paralegal for a very busy real estate law firm in Downtown Orlando, Florida.  The firm handled primarily real estate closings and worked with Realtors and investors as well as developers in the Central Florida area.  One thing she noticed was that many of the clients she worked with had a challenging time keeping their deals moving toward a smooth closing and prospecting for new sales.  Many times she heard them comment especially after a strenuous closing that they were too busy with that deal to make time for following up on leads.   Often they shared with her they wished they could hire someone, but were worried about finding the right person with the knowledge and experience needed.  Most of all however they were concerned about the financial responsibility of hiring someone to work with them and their clients. 

Finding a real need for this service in the industry she went to work formulating a way to bring top quality transaction management service to Realtors, investors, developers and their customers. The experience gained in her college studies; research and work experience as well as using state-of-the-art technology she has created a service that not only amaze our clients, but one they boast to their colleagues about. Today our company provides listing and transaction management services to busy real estate professionals from various size real estate offices, new and experienced investors as well as condominium developers throughout the United States.

Listing and Transaction Coordinators

Each member of the TMC Team is highly skilled and thoroughly trained in managing real estate transactions. It takes someone with extraordinary organizational skills to manage multiple files at once, and we only offer the best to our clients and yours. Having a dedicated coordinator, however, does not mean that only your coordinator will be responsive to your needs. Our team approach ensures that nothing is overlooked.

 

Leann has been a member of the team since 2006.  Her extensive background in the title industry makes her an ideal fit for her role as Transaction Coordinator.  She is known for going the extra mile to satisfy our clients and consistently exceeding their expectations.  She truly has a passion for making the consumer's closing experience the absolute best ever. 
Penny  has been a member of the team since 2009.  As a valued member of the team she helps clients with their real estate listings.   She's friendly, dedicated and professional.  Not known for just doing what it takes, she goes above and beyond to make sure the clients listings get the exposure needed to get them sold.
Tomie has been a member of the team since 2009, he heads up our marketing and sales department.  As an experienced real estate investor and developer for more than 20 years his knowledge of sales and marketing not only help our team grow, but also the clients we work with.  He's always on the look out for new and innovative ideas and loves to share those with our clients and friends.
Erin  busy mother of 3 and outstanding transaction coordinator has been a part of the team here since 2008.  Clients rave about her attention to detail and friendly personality.  Her ability to keep focused on the closing goal, in spite of the obsticals makes her a real gem here to the team at TMC.
Shirley handles errands and some of our bookkeeping. She's been around TMC since the very beginning and helps out anywhere needed. 
Stacey has been a member of the Online Closing Team in mid 2007.  Her experience as a Realtor and sales manager made her a perfect fit.  She currently heads up our developer department which includes managing the closings at two condo conversion project.  Juggling multiple closings in multiple projects isn’t always easy, but her calm and always pleasant personality makes her a natural.
